Welcome to Great Escape! This nicely renovated cottage located on beautiful Lake Superior will provide the ultimate retreat from your busy life. It is an ideal vacation spot for families with children or couples who enjoy peace and quiet and exploring the great outdoors. Great Escape is tucked away on a deep lot on Coast Guard Point. Walk down a beautiful 125-yard dune path that leads you to over 100 feet of private white sandy beach frontage with views of Pictured Rocks' Grand Sable Dunes. Whether you enjoy curling up with a good book, building elaborate sandcastles, combing the beach for agates, flying kites, fishing off the break wall, swimming in crystal clear freshwater, paddle boarding or just soaking up the sun, this quiet, secluded beach house offers it all.  

Accommodations include 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each, a large sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and 1 bathroom with a stand-up shower. You’ll find a full kitchen with a 20-inch electric range and full-sized refrigerator and a large farm table that easily seats eight. Great Escape has tongue and groove pine paneling with a cathedral ceiling in the main living area. The living and family room is decorated with rustic wooden furniture, perfect for enjoying books, games, and radio. There is a large front deck with 4 Adirondack chairs. The driveway allows parking for several vehicles. An external electrical outlet is available for an RV. Access to Lake Superior and Agate Beach.
