• All rentals come with all linens with the exception of beach towels

• Three-night minimum stay for homes accepting less than a week's stay

​

• Rental rates are subject to 6% sales tax

​

• All rentals are subject to a one time, non-taxed cleaning fee

​

• Dogs are allowed at many of our rentals with no extra fee. Please ask permission before bringing a furry family friend.
